Why I Created the Lab...
After growing 2 organizations totaling over 700 agents across multiple companies, states, and countries I realized most agents don’t struggle with belief — they struggle with clarity. They’re unsure how to talk about their brokerage. They’re unsure what to say without sounding pushy. And they often feel alone in the process.
I built the Lab to solve that — by giving agents a place to plug in, get the tools they need, and grow
with others instead of guessing alone.
